  • The WDC is to provide support and guidance to women within the organization or community.
  • The WDC may organize skill development workshops, training programs, and seminars aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of women members
  • The WDC is often tasked with creating safe and inclusive spaces where women feel comfortable
    expressing themselves and discussing issues that affect them.
  • The WDC may organize community outreach programs and initiatives to engage with the broader community
