- Monitor and enhance the quality of education, research, and innovation.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of college infrastructure.

- Strengthen industry-academia partnerships for internships, training, and placements.
- Establish MoUs (Memorandums of Understanding) with industries and research organizations.
- Encourage entrepreneurship and innovation through incubation centers.
8. Research and Innovation Promotion
- Encourage faculty and students to engage in research, patents, and publications.
- Support collaborative research projects with funding agencies and industries.
- Develop a culture of innovation through research grants and startup initiatives.
9. Internal Quality Assurance and Accreditation
- Ensure the college meets the standards of NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), NBA (National Board of Accreditation), and NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework).
- Implement internal quality assurance mechanisms for continuous improvement.
- Conduct periodic assessments and recommend necessary improvements.
10. Community Engagement and Social Responsibility
